Deleting a document from a print queue

my printer queue has a document in it for days. I have no luck in deleting it. Please help.

Right click it and select Remove from queue

Alot of times when I have that problem the only thing that fixes it is to unplug the printer, restart the computer then plug the printer back in. Most of the time, even if you cancel it, it will still print but it will remove it from the que.
