Deleting windows 10 from my pc

I recently build a custom pc and installed unactivated windows on it. It turns out I accidentally installed a version of Windows in which I cant download anything from the internet. I am trying to reset my hard drive so that it doesn't re- install the previous version of Windows and I can boot from my usb stick again. Please help as there is no help for this anywhere!

I'm thinking you installed Windows 10 S?

You just need to do a full wipe and reinstall.
During the install, when it asks where, select Custom.
Delete ALL existing partitions and continue on.
