Dell 530

hellow im working on a dell 530 dual core.thay tested it said the motherboard was bad.so got a new one .still nothing no screen one beep fans run green light on back on.i put a new dual core in it to.im not a pro on computers but no some.any help would be great.nothing has changed after all of this.

Which cpu do you put in the PC? Do you check the 530 support this cpu?
