Dell 8400 cant get out of set up utility

When I turn com[uter on it goes straight to set up and you exit out of it it says no boot device availible then says to strike F1 to retry boot or F2 for set up utility. What can I do?

hi, i had a problem like that. The battery on the motherboard that keeps the time/date accurate was bad. But once changed, it was solved and able to start up right.
