When I switched on the laptop, it showed system auto repair, through which I again started restore through dell datasafe backup, and guess what.. It showed the same.. 51% and not a single percent every time I do this.. Should I reinstall windows?? I have the disc just advice me how to do. Please I do not have time my exams are near I need my laptop.. Please

Boot off the OS disk, then use the drivers disk. That disk set is same thing as doing a restore, you don't have to do it again. Disks should be numbered or have instructions on them or with the manual.
Yes use the disks, one of the worst things you can do during a system restore it turn it off, it will not only not give you a bootable system but can also damage the file system.

You should be able to start the restore by just inserting the first disk and booting the system from that.
