Dell e520 no post

Hello, I have a dell e520...won't boot up, black screen on the monitor. I troubleshot it to what I thought was a bad ps...switched it...same problem. Already had replaced the +3V battery btw. Pulled the hard drive to my other system as a slave and it worked just fine...could access all my files...but does that mean anything? I am at a loss as to what else it could be...surely not the mb, system just barely 3yrs old.

Thanks, but I figured it out. Bad video card.
