[SOLVED] Dell G3 15 Not turning on Fan at full blast

I have a Dell G3 15 the 3579 model I think and it recently shut off and now whenever I try and turn it on the screen stays dead and the fan turns on at full blast for a few seconds then shuts off. I’ve tried removing ssd and hdd and booting with one or the other. I completely removed the mother board and made sure connections were clean. Cleaned out the fans and nothing seems to make any progress. Anyone had similar issues?

Most likely issue is a dead motherboard.
