Dell inspiron 1521 problems

Hello,
when i turn my dell on it goes through this weird process of something and then when it finally gets to the home screen it tells me that my profile was not loaded correctly. none of my stuff is on it anymore, and if i save something, turn the computer off, and turn it back on, after it goes through its weird process all over again my stuff is not there anymore. what does that mean? what do i do??

Try doing a system restore to a previous date. Occasionally Windows will lose the profile, which why setting it back a few days should restore it.
