Hello,My mouse and keybord do not work after the computer has been on for more than 30 seconds. Works fine in Safe Mode. Can you help please?

That's an indication of a driver problem. Boot into safe mode and look in the device manager for any problems, a yellow sticker by the device.

Thank you for your support. Having checked the device manager, I dont see any yellow stickers. Is it feasible the battery could cause this? I have it plugged into AC, but I have received warning lately that the battery is nearing its end of life.

did you accidentally configure your mouse and devices into your firewall.?
especially if your using an aftermarket firewall and not windows.
