Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums,
Here is what Dell has to say about upgrading ram in the 560/570 series "Connectors four internally-accessible DDR3 DIMM sockets
Memory-module capacities 1 GB and 2 GB
Memory type 1066-MHz DDR3 DIMM;
non-ECC memory only
Memory configurations possible 1 GB, 2 GB, 3 GB, 4 GB, 5 GB, 6 GB, 7 GB,
and 8 GB
NOTE: Memory configurations of more than 4 GB
require a 64-bit operating system."
That info was found in this PDF http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/insp560mt/en/cs/cs_en.pdf
To summarize: 8GB max at 1066MHz which is interesting since you're sporting 1333 ram... hmmmm
Hope it helps

No, it will not support 4GB modules.
As mentioned in the above post, max your system supports is 8GB. It has 4 slots and max per slot it takes is 2GB. So 4GB is out of question.

But you could install 4 2GB modules for max. Yes, DDR3-1600MHz will work however if you mix DDR3-1333MHz then the 1600MHz memory will be downclocked to 1333MHz.

Good luck with the upgrade!! adios:)

And you can make it 16GB if you want!
Change processor to Phenom II X4 965 BE, overclock it and beat most of stock i3 CPUs and some i5 as well! Too much work, just kidding.

Oops!!! My bad. 😱
