Dell Laptop Driver Update

Hi,
The Dell Laptop I have does not have drivers such as Ethernet, Multi-Media,
PCI modem, PCI simple communication controller, and a VGA Compatible Video Driver. Does anyone know where I can find a FREE driver(s) update? Thanks.
