I have dell optiplex 320 mini tower. PSU is 305W. Is GEFORCE 7200 512mb PCI x16 low profile graphics card compatible to play NBA 2k11?

You will be able to install and start the game but it would not be playable. The 7200 is several tiers below the minimum requirements (nVidia 6600)

Select the game and run the performance test to test it yourself. It may pass but if so just barely

While a 7200 is a higher number than the 6600 (minimum), the 7200 has alot less performance.
