F1 error on Optiplexes is just a fact of life if you want to replace the fans. Usually it is fan related, what do you need the front pinout for?

You don't bypass that prompt, you find out what is causing it to be presented and fix it. Most common places to look are fan and HD.

Dell doesn't publish those and changes them at various times for various reasons.
Some times fan errors need to be manually removed from SYSLOG in the BIOS. You might have fixed the problemalready but not cleared the message.
