hard disk not decting for dell desktop optiplex GX150 sir please let me know the solution for this proplem

Check your connections, make sure the controller is enabled in BIOS and that the drive is detected there. If this is a new drive then http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/265764-14-guide-installed-disk-system
If this is an old drive and connections are fine and still not detected by BIOS then it has most likely failed.
