dell studio desktop 540 come with a wireless network adapter?

I can't find the answer to this question anywhere. Does the Dell studio desktop 540 come with a wireless network adapter or do i have to but one seperatley?

Dell says Internal Wireless N is optional.

Most reviews I see include it.
