Dell T3600 Workstation good for gaming?

I've been looking for a gaming PC and now, I've come across a Dell Precision T3600 Desktop Computer. I'm quite confused if they are good enough for playing today's games on good settings.
The specs are:

Dell Precision T3600 Desktop Workstation
Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-1620
10M Cache, 3.60 GHz, 0.0 GT/s Intel® QPI

Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1050Ti 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E

16 GB DDR3 RAM

500GB GB SATA HDD

It would be a decent gamer at 1080P/60hz on med-high settings in newer games.

The 1050Ti is a 75W GPU well within spec. for a Dell workstation.
