Question Dell T7810 with standard power supply mod ?

I have a Dell T7810 workstation motherboard and I want to use a standard power supply but as I found online that the pinouts of the 24 pin cable are different from the standard power supply pins I have tried many times to get it working but it never worked
anyone can help me out?
I found some helpful info online but it didn’t work for me

First, are you certain the motherboard works?

What source did you use to determine the 24-pin pinout is proprietary? The 10-pin port is certainly proprietary.

There is also a possibility that you'll simply need to use a Dell PSU. Is there a reason that isn't possible?

I have a total of 30 motherboards I can check it its not a big problem
And for the Dell PSU I can’t use it beca It’s not available in the markets so I will need to buy it online but the second issue is the shipping cost and no direct shipping to my country

From what I can tell. The 24-pin connector is standard. The 10-pin connector (also required) is proprietary. There are adapter cables that may help with this:

I believe that this adapter is for the gpu as you can tell from the cables because there is only black cables in the extra pins

I almost missed the elephant in the room. Is the motherboard still in the original Dell case with ALL its input/ output wires attached. Meaning front panel power and USB , sound bla bla bla.

Dell's are rigged to not function if some of the seamless non critical wires are not connected.

Keep this in mind even if you do get the correct pin out to make a standard power supply work on that board.

I have only the motherboard no case or any other cables and I don’t even have the front IO 😅

And I forgot to tell you that after the system is powered on the ram getting so hot that I can’t even touch it

I just found that the cpu cable also need to be modified

the forth cable for 12v is not used in t7810 but in standard power supplies there is a 12v cable so I cut that wire and now the ram is not hot anymore but the issue is the cpu is not getting any power and still no post

after I figured out that the ram is the main reason I bought a new one and now everything seems fine but still have an issue

after changing the ram now the screen is getting signal that means the machine is running fine with the modded PSU but the issue is a black screen

no post errors or bios or even Dell logo so I think it’s a GPU issue so now I’ll have to check if the GPU is working properly on another computer
