[SOLVED] Dell Vostro 14 -5459 heat upto 80 degrees and then suddenly throttle causing massive fps drops. Please need assistance!

After hitting 80 degrees the cpu just throttles to 398 Mhz from the 3090Mhz and after exactly 5-10 secs, it goes up again. What is the solution to this? I'm using a dedicated laptop cooler underneath. The gpu and other components have ideal temps.

There really isn't anything TO do, assuming you have already cleaned dust and/or gone in and repasted the cooler. The Vostro is a budget class laptop, probably never envisioned "gaming" beyond some minesweeper or solitaire.
