Hello, where can I find the USB port on my computer to connect the GPS for downloding maps?

Without knowing what model computer you have there, there should be two on the front of your tower (or one or more on the side(s) of your laptop) and a few more in the back. They are rectangular and look like this picture here

If your USB cord does not fit, it's upside down, just flip it over
