Question DeLOCK 42612 : how the HDD is fixed inside

I would be grateful if you could help me find out how the HDD is fixed inside DeLOCK 42612.

I saw some small screws in one of the images, and one comment mentioned that after installation, the cushions would obstruct the removal of the screws + screws fix only to some plastic. I wonder if the HDD is meant to be fixed 'forever' under the glued cushions / if repeated screwing does indeed damage the plastic.

Please, kindly let me know if in your type of rack the HDD is held inside 'in place' by screws or something else. Most likely my HDD would not be seated all the time on the table -- I might have to carry it.
This one just uses 4 screws from bottom side to hold HDD in place. Carrying around with HDD powered of is safe, disks can take 90G+ when not running. They probably took more punishment in transport than you will subject them to.
