Question Desktop dead after power-outage, PSU replacement didn't fix

At this point after buying a new PSU and it still not working I am hesitant to just go buying more parts in a guess that that's the issue.

Are there any tests I can do for each individual part? I have access to a friend's PC that I can plug in each part into to see if it is functional.

Is it possible the entire PC is fried, even my new SSD....with all my data?

PC system is complete with gpu,ssd,hdd and ram.

What parts are probably damaged? What tests can I do to determine the functionality of each part?

The best test is using your friend's PC and testing parts one-by-one. What was the original PSU? The worse the quality, the more likely other parts are fried.

Most likely the motherboard is toast. You can examine the board looking for discoloration, blackened areas or burst capacitors.
