Desktop isn't showing

Been messing around with this for an hour
menu bar has shifted to the left
desktop shortkey isn't showing


plus, what could have prompted this

Hmm, if you can at least boot into your desktop, try and perform a repair install and see if any changes occur.

it looks like you have PC in tablet mode
open the action bar - click button in bottom right of taskbar
click the expand button at bottom above the icons - this will show them all
click the Tablet mode button - this will turn it off
