While watching on youtube, my desktop suddenly lost video but I can still hear the video playing. When i restarted the PC, there was no POST. The fans are running but the monitor is either blank or displays "CHECK SIGNAL CABLE" after a few hard shutdowns.
Here is my build:
TUF x570 gaming wifi
AMD 2600
RTX 2060 SUPER
Viper 16Gb 2600mhz
Arctic liquid cooler AIO 240mm
PSU EVGA 750 b2
BIOS version 2802
Storage
1. Boot drive - samsung 980 nvme m.2 1tb
2. Samsung 870 sata 2.5inch 1tb
3. Seagate sata 2.5 inch 1tb
Also, sometimes when I force shutdown, it immediately turns back on when I release the power button.
I brought it to a PC repair and here the steps they did:
1. Changed the monitor. Still no post and my monitor was okay with their rig.
2. Changed the RAM. They immediately tried a single module RAM and it worked so i told them to replace my ram with Tforce 32gb 3200. They had a few problems restarting until they looked at my GPU, which is the next step.
3. I chose a 1050 so that there is no need for a power connector. I thought that there might be a problem in the future (like now) and i want to simplify troubleshooting. Anyway, they saw a burnt pin so i think it worked AT THAT TIME.
After these two steps, they were putting everything back and while on desktop, it suddenly restarted. It still posted and got me on the desktop and HWinfo showed all parts so I thought, the sudden restart might have been due to a loose connection and they bumped the connectors or something.
So i went home, used it for a while, until last day, when I was working, i got coffee and it got back and it BSODed on me. After a few restarts, the error "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" showed up. Google said it is due to numerous sudden shutdowns.
Anyway, am busy at work but I will be trying the following in the future:
1. Disconnect all and also the CMOS battery.
2. Change my boot drive. Also try to boot while other drives are disconnected.
3. Probably change CPU and PSU.
Any other steps so I can prepare the parts? Not a pro pc guy so please be patient. I really want to learn and fix it myself rather than bringing it to a repair shop.
Thank you so much.

I tried to turn it on and it worked. Then, I tried to restart it then No POST again. So I disconnected the storage devices and it posted. Then I returned everything and it is running ok now. Probably a short circuit somewhere?
