Desktop power up problem

Hello guys, I have a problem with a computer. Doesn't want to start so I took out part by part and checked every single one and everything works. Could the problem be from the desktop wires? (HDDLED, PWRButton, ResetButton...etc.) Thank you in advance!

Well just short out the PWRButton with something to rule out the power button, or switch it off with ResetButton (if you are scared of shorting out something).
