[SOLVED] Destroying HDD

I have a broken HDD contain the office data (document, report etc), it's hard to recognize but sometimes it detected. I have the backup, so I want to make sure the data in this HDD won't can be recovered. I already disassembly, and scratch the disc, will this enough ? or I have to use hammer ? Just for make sure.
