Determining house wiring and fixing UK telephone wall socket

Hello, so I'm trying to fix a telephone socket wall socket so I can hook up a Ethernet cable through a filter and then to my pc. I've opened up the wall socket and looked at the wiring, ( I don't know much about wiring) I cannot tell if this is a CAT2 or CAT5 2 pair or something else.... I'll attach some photos.

After figuring out what wire this is , does anyone know how to hook up all the individual words to the wall jack ? I'll attach a picture of that as well. If I don't my point across or have ant questions please ask so I can clear it up.
