Device manager (error 31)

I Have error when im trying to install sony corporation digital camera driver , *portable device* ,

it gives error like this *this device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for device* (code31) check the picture http://postimg.org/image/ceytnkfxl/

Go to Sony support page and download the latest drivers for the devices model that you installing. Also, run leave the devices connected and run Windows update.

In Device manager it says that the driver is up to date and what do u mean *run leave the devices connected ? can u give me screenshot what to do, i couldnt understand what to do

What's the model of the camera? Can you run Windows update to see if Windows pickup any latest drivers? and Yes, leave the device connected and run the update.
Start > Run > type wuapp > on the left hand panel click "Check for updates"

my camera model is DSC-S790 and when i try to update windows it gives error after i restart laptop *error to configure drivers* omg fu** my pc check picture

there aren't any drivers for dsc-s790, the closest is dsc-s780 with the software installation file. try to download dsc-s780 software installation and see if it will work with dsc-s790.
