So I just switched from a GTX 750Ti to a brand new Sapphire Radeon RX 6650XT but it seems I'm dealing with the infamous driver issues of AMD. Games crash whenever I open them. I ran some benchmark tests like Unigine Heaven on Ultra settings and its working fine.

I checked the Device manager and found out that Device not migrated/Device not started events, I did try Uninstalling the drivers using DDU/Reinstalled the latest drivers. Ran SFC. What else are my options? How can I solve this issue? Please provide your solutions. Thank You.

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Use GPU-Z and see if anything shows up with a 0MB in some/most/all fields. Do you see an Error 43 in Device Manager?

CPU: i3-10105f
CPU cooler: Stock
Motherboard: Asus Prime H510M-E
Ram: XPG ADATA GAMMIX D30 8GB DDR4
SSD/HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD, I do have a NVME SSD but I lost the standoff so booting from old Windows installed in HDD
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 6650XT
PSU: Cooler Master MWE-650W (NEW)
Chassis: Cooler Master
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: Dell 21"

I'm off at work right now and I'll update the BIOS version once home. I didn't notice any Error 43 in Device Manager, it said Device was working properly.

Sorry got busy with work, I checked GPU-Z and nothing shows up with 0MB.
