I got a new flight controller for my flight sim this week (see https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/product/flight-sim-yoke-system) and when I plugged it in and installed the latest drivers for it, I found that the main yoke part works just fine, but the throttle quadrant part that plugs into the yoke via PS2 connection is not recognized at all by neither Windows nor my flight sim. I have tried just about everything I can think of (uninstalling/reinstalling the device drivers, updated chipset, updated BIOS, ran sfc/scannow in Windows Command, disabled/enabled device, ran joy.cpl to see if it registers input--it does not) and there is still a "Device not migrated" entry in the Events tab of the device properties. I have no idea what else to do. I don't think the device has a hardware issue, because the power light is illuminated and there are no visible defects, but I have found online that the migration issues causes devices not to work; I just have no idea how to fix it. ANY help is appreciated. I contacted Logitech but their support is subpar. Thanks so much in advance.
