Hello,

I'm on Win 7 32bit, I bought recently a 2GB RAM, the MB already had a 2GB RAM and 1GB Video card. I installed both RAMS in two slots as the MB says it supports 4GB of RAM, and I know 32 bit OSes support maximum 4GB ram..but right after installation computer proprties window shows only 2GB Ram...BIOS too says only one memory module installed while the other displays NOT INSTALLED...what is the reason for this, what should I do, I know bothe RAMs working perfectly when they are alone.

Would installing 64bit solve this? However, BIOS is not affected by OS right? So the problem seems to be with the BIOS/MB cos it doesnt recognize memory module installed?
