Diagnose Graphics Problem

Hi there. I'm running an alienware M18xR2 with AMD 7970M x2 graphics setup. I have had many problems over the years, from blue screen of death, overheating, display drivers failing/recovering, screen flickering, etc. I have had the motherboard replaced by Dell last year because that was their guess, but the problems persist. When I play games, it no longer overheats but textures flicker and the performance doesn't match the system. Recently I've been getting multiple display errors, from windows and ATI CCC not working. I've clean installed the drivers several times. However, it passes all video stress tests and hardware tests. What is the issue? It's under warranty so anything will be fixed for free, but Dell is very poor at diagnosing the issue. Thanks so much!!!
