Hey guys based on your feedback I did a few changes to the build

PCPartPicker part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/d2LqkT
Price breakdown by merchant: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/d2LqkT/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Core i5-6400 2.7GHz Quad-Core Processor (£146.00)
Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-D Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (£41.00)
Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£50.51 @ CCL Computers)
Graphics Card: Rx 480 (£188)
Ram : Crucial 1x 8gb stick (already in my current build)
Case: CiT Xecutioner(midi tower, already in my current build)
Total: £425

Are the parts good? I won't be overclocking any of the components.
If not, good someone suggest alternatives but for around the same price? I'm from the uk btw
And I prefer the motherboard to be from scan mainly because it's my first time building a pc and if i bend one of the pins scan will refund me :p

Thanks in advance

Oh ye thanks, I dont think mobo will support my ram, its ddr3 1600mhz 8gb ram..
I guess i'll have to look for another mobo, any suggestions? :)

No! DDR4 is the way to go with Skylake. And 8 gigs of ram is way too cheap to justify not getting the latest gen.

Should I pick
ASRock H110M-DVS/D3 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard or Gigabyte GA-H81M-H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard?

No t the ASRock H110M-DVS/D3 as DDR3 is not recommended by Intel on Skylake. Either get DDR4 or get a Haswell CPU and MB like the i5-4670 and Gigabyte GA-H81M-H in teh build above.
