Did CyberPower do something wrong?

This is my first gaming pc so i dont know a whole lot about pcs. As you can see my drive looks out of place And the wiring looks stuffed in on one side of the pc. i ordered professional wiring. the other sides wiring looks good but i was just wandering if it was normal for the other side to look like that http://postimg.org/gallery/x7eic0s/91415de0/

The hard drive is not in it's cage correctly, I imagine it got jostled loose during transport. The professional wiring seems okay, the idea there is to have the visible side look good, no one ever sees the messy side and airflow is not needed there so it's okay.
Having the HDD at an angle like that won't hurt it but you might disconnect the cables from it, pull it out, then then slide it in properly just for the aesthetics (don't forget to reconnect the cables). The unused hard drive trays can be taken out if desired.
