so as you can see the mobo is not the highest of quality but will this matter since the 3700X isn't that demanding at all so will this cause any issues?

Solution
For large file transfer the x570 is the board to use.

I have the Asus TUF x570 and 3800x. It will not disappoint. I recommend the x570 if your budget allows.

The MSI MAX boards ship with a updated BIOS and support the 3rd gen right out of the box.
I thought about that and it won't work becuase my ram is to fast for it and the x570 chips but is it good enought (the x570)

I don't recommend Asus, due to horrible customer service

Really? They are fine in my experience. I think it boils down to personal experience. There are no doubts that the X570 TUF and Prime-P are the best cheap X570 boards out there.

Motherboard: Asus PRIME X570-P ATX AM4 Motherboard ($198.92 @ Mike's Computer Shop)
Total: $198.92

This is somewhere in the middle of the B450 and the TUF. Still Great VRM, still X570. It has a worse sound card, no WiFi, and a worse BIOS.

There has been some increase lately in service issues with ASUS, even among the mod team.
It certainly comes down to experience, but when you regularly hear of poor service stories it does question brand choices. The product might be quality, but in the event you have an issue it might be worth choosing an equally quality board with better support.

What dataset are you referring to be THAT sure this isn't anecdotal evidence? Surely the stories must be disproportionately against ASUS to say that, right? I'm not defending ASUS, I'm just curious. Even on Trustpilot all of the "big three" have "bad" ratings:

Well thats just the thing, any statistics on company service rates are all going to be anecdotal, thats kinda the only way to know about it.
If you hear about a lot of similar issues during a similar timespan in completely unrelated threads its going to add up.
