diff mhz rams

hi my mob msi b250 m gaming pro i have already installed ram 2400 mhs corair lpx now i need to add more stick but 2666mhz max speed support board s 2400mhz if i installed tow diff speed rams affect my pc ? it wil work or not ? pls advice me thank u

The slowest ram will basically be the limiter for all the ram. Your going to have to set the speed to match what is supported by the slowest ram and just double check the faster ram supports that speed. It should work just fine but I always suggest buying from a place that lets you return just in case.
