I answered your question.
First of all you said "DDR3" and the link said "DDR5" at the top and "GDDR5" next to the card so I'm not quite sure where you got the "DDR3" idea.

DDR3 is issued on some low-end video cards that don't require fast video memory.
GDDR5 (not GDDR3) is used for most video cards.

BOTH cards you linked use GDDR5 video memory.

Here's the official link for the Sapphire: http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1159&pid=1875&psn=&lid=1&leg=0

The ASUS HD7790-DC2OC-1GD5 is the better card.

It's a spelling mistake, the two forms of ram are DDR3, used in memory ram and GDDR5, used in GPU ram. Except the PS4 is using DDR5, never seen before. And get the Asus. (Try getting MSI cards if you can with their Gaming OC Edition, they're cheap, easily overclockable and kick ass)
