Difference between two ASUS 1070 Cards?

I'm deciding between the OC and non-OC Strix 1070 cards. Should there be a tangible difference in FPS between the two?

Of course right now the OC is on sale, so that makes things more simple I guess...

As it is on sale, I would go for OC edition

Yeah, that makes sense. I'm actually going to just have a 1080p 144hz monitor, and I'm wondering if the OC might be overkill. Can you underclock the OC GPU??
