Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

What video capture and editing software are you using?

Camera? Connection paths: cables, ports, adapters, etc.?

Are the GPU drivers up to date?

Does the display (image/colors) appear better if connected to another known working computer?

More information needed.

I used amd software to capture display.
My monitor is connected via Displayport to my GPU rx 5500 xt. (CPU doesnt have integrated graphic card)
Drivers are up to date
I can configure colors and depth in my monitor settings, but this photo is not edited in any point and I took it with my smartphone.

My PC specs and OS:
CPU-Ryzen 5 3600
GPU- rx 5500 xt sapphire 4GB
MOBO- tomahawk max b450
RAM- viper blackout 4 4x8 3000Mhz
OS-Windows 10 pro 64bit

I used AMD software to capture my desktop and then I've compared colors on video with actual desktop colors.
Sorry if I misspelled something. My english isnt my native language

EDIT: Ok I used OBS this time and colors are the same.
So my question now is how can I make monitor colors look exactly like on picture above and why AMD using some sort of filters?

Your English is fine - spelling is not a problem either.

If OBS works then you can probably eliminate hardware related problems.

AMD may not be using filters. Could be that the AMD capture software is simply be buggy or corrupted.

Especially if there are no color problems with OBS.

Take a closer look at how the AMD capture software is configured.

Try manually downloading AMD's software directly from AMD's website. Reinstall and reconfigure. Do not use any other installer tools.

If the problem continues after the AMD reinstall then you will need to contact AMD.
