Different gpu makers for gtx 1050

Is there a difference between gigabyte, msi, zptac, evga and other makers? Will one perform better?

They are normally called gpu board partners or vendors, they do not make the gpu, the gpu core itself is exactly the same in every 1050 made by nvidia. There are some minor differences in clock speeds, cooling, PCB components, and power delivery between the cards but they will all perfom about the same. The 1050 is a low power card that does need a robust cooler, so I wouldn't get the most expensive 1050 that's for sure.

That should be fine, I would be okay with any 1050 from a reputable vendor like gigbyte or any of the other company's you listed.
