So Basically... I just bought a Sound card.
and it's similar to

http://www.antonline.com/p_30SB046000000-NX_290445.htm

where the bottom connector part of the sound card is suppose to connect to the motherboard's PCI slot.
And in my case, I have this motherboard:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ShowImage.aspx?Image=13-188-012-01.jpg%2c13-188-012-02.jpg%2c13-188-012-03.jpg%2c13-188-012-04.jpg%2c13-188-012-09.jpg%2c13-188-012-08.jpg%2c13-188-012-07.jpg&S7ImageFlag=0&WaterMark=1&Item=N82E16813188012&Depa=1&Description=EVGA+122-CK-NF68-T1+ATX+Intel+Motherboard

If you compare both pictures... The PCI connector for the Sound card... is separated into 3 sections. two small ones surrounding a bigger one.
And if you look at the motherboard's PCI slot... it's one big one, right next to a small one. So... How does this work?
Are there two types of PCI slots?
Will I be able to use the sound card?

Hm... I tried putting the card into the PCI slot and it seemed a bit loose. It was wobbly. When I strewed it on, it was less wobbly, but just a bit. Then i started my computer and it didn't detect any new hardware. I went to a website and downloaded the driver. However... I'm not sure they have a Windows Vista 64-bit for the Ultimate. I only got this one

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&swItem=wk-46838-1&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN

which is for 32-bit and 64-bit Business.

I tried plugging in the speakers, and the result was no sound at all.
