I'm going to be getting an i5 3570k and a Z77 Asrock Extreme 4 Motherboard. I've heard that Ivy bridge has optimum compatibility with 1.5v RAM. The RAM I'm looking on getting is Kingston Beast 8GB. These kits are usually 1.6v etc, but there is a kit that is 2133mhz which when using XMP profile 2 is underclocked to 1.5v 1600mhz; will this be alright to use with the combination that I have chosen? - Does it really matter about the volts?

No, it doesn't really matter. The Beast kit will work fine. You can leave it at the Ivy Bridge default at 1600MHz, and it will work awesome at 1.5V, Or you can overclock it (using XMP Profiles) and it will automatically adjust the voltage, which will be fine as well.

So if I can get higher mhz for say a 1.65v, I should definitely go ahead with it? Because I get can 2400Mhz with a 1.65v for 40 pounds (60 dollars) and the 1.5v would take 2-4 weeks to get to me, where as the 2400Mhz would take 2-3 days.
