So whenever I'm setting up my background, it applies the image to both without giving me the option to set for a certain monitor. Has anyone found a way around this? Thanks for any answers :)

Solution
MS removed the option to easily add multiple backgrounds but the command is still around to open this feature from 8.1

bring up the run window (windows key+R) and then copy and paste this command:

control /name Microsoft.Personalization /page pageWallpaper
