digital camera not accesible

USB port is detecting the digital camera, but the storage
card is not listed in windows explorer. I follow
instruction on knoledge database, no result. I NEED HELP

Right click on My Computer and select Manage. On the following screen,
click on Disk Management. The card should show up on the right hand side of
the screen as a "Removable Drive". Assign it a drive letter.

Now Windows Explorer should be able to 'see' it.
