Question Dilemma wich one to go with?

Hey guys so i have been searching for a gaming pc (used) for the last week and everytime i find something that maybe 5800x is better, maybe 5900x or 5800x3d BUT EVENTUALLY found two setups that took my attention and are selling for a good price especially since i live in NORWAY.
SO my use would be 1080p,1440p and over why not i play mostly CSGO so high fps would be appreciated but i also would want something that holds itself for longer time like 5 yrs or even more lol and can play other high demanding games good enough..

SO HERE ARE THE TWO SETUPS
This is the First setup is i told him to take off 3070 since i think it would be better to buy a 6800rx or 6800xt or something higher to pair with this cpu (Recommend what would gpu be perfect for this cpu)

RAM: 32GB DDR5 4800mhz
Hovedkort: Gigabyte z690 UD
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070
SSD 1: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB
SSD 2: WD Black SN750 1TB
Kjøler: Noctua NH-U9S
Case: NZXT H500 Hvit
He is selling this for 650 dollars, WITHOUT 3070 and he is including shipping since we live far.
BTW this motherboard does it support AMD GPU and wich GPU you think after those specs would be ideal.

The second one is more tempting since its almost brand new and the parts feel like are more like quality premium

Just to clarify, any motherboard that has a PCIe x16 slot will allow any discrete GPU to drop in.

What sort of a budget have you set aside for your gaming system purchase? Perhaps the community could put together a build if we knew details like this thread asked for.

Just looking at the 2 systems, the 7700X system can be upgraded down the line with a next gen CPU and has a good PSU.

The PSU is not mentioned in the 12600k system.

I would choose the 7700X system.

Although the system with the 12600k should allow theoretically a 13th gen cpu to drop in also. I’d be tempted to get the first one and have more money for a gpu.

Are you willing to build the PC from parts? What is the cost of the 2 PC's in your currency? What is your budget in your currency?

the 6800 xt is better in the long run and usually performs within +-5-10% of the 3080
