Direct Download Super Slow

Hello everyone how are you ? I've a common problem which is when I always download any file or anything through Direct Download , download speed is super slow, normally when I download something it's 2 MB/S but when through direct download it's like 300 KB/S and less whether I use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer , can you give a solution for this please ? yes I know about using torrent but not all files are torrents some of them must be downloaded through direct not an option and I tried those steps to fix it :

Disable : Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar

Disable : Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly

Enable : Send a "Do Not Track" request with your browsing traffic

Even Disabled Anti-Virus

But same problem , so do you know how to fix that slow download speed or do you know any program which I can use it to download any direct download through it faster ?

All computers on your network or just one computer in particular?

Who has admin rights to your network router - could be some configuration setting in the router?

Who is your ISP? They may be throttling downloads.

Another thing you can do: Boot your computer as normal and open Resource Monitor. Watch your systems's resources for 10-15 minutes.

Leave the window open but slide to one side. Then download as you normally do. Determine if some resource is bottlenecking the download process.
