[SOLVED] DirectX 11 not smooth with good FPS

Hey there people. I have found out that my PC is running better with DX 11 than DX 12 in World of Warcraft.

DX 9 gives worst performance obviously, but somehow I get more FPS (around 20) with DX 11 over DX 12. The problem is that no matter what graphic settings i go with, gameplay feels a bit stuttery, its not smooth.Is there a way to fix this?

Run an offline benchmark (Unigine Valley, looping) to see if you get stuttering. Be sure to adjust the settings to get around 60fps - we're looking for stuttering not low fps.
