Directx 11 not working with games(Radeon hd 7770)

I just bought a Radeon hd 7770 and want to play some games now.
Using dxdiag it says that directx11 is installed but when i try to run a game it says that drivers are not updated or directx doesnt work.
I installed the amd 14.4 drivers and it still isn't working.
Does anyone know a fix for me?

LoL, world of tanks, terraria, battlefield 3. Minecraft does run though.

EDIT: Minecraft only runs using optifine, else it crashes

Yes i did, or at least i think i did completely. I cant find them anymore in remove programs.
Did i do it wrong? So yes, can you help me really removing them?

I reinstalled my drivers and it worked.
Then i rebooted my pc and it didnt work again.
It looks like directx gets disabled on my GPU or something like that.
Any fixes?
