Got the latest directx, I've updated my GTX driver, I even reinstalled the driver but the issue persists.

I havent installed anything on my pc recently. And windows is up to date... as well as cleaned my registry through ccleaner.

Appreciate your help !

When I have had random game issues in the past. I have done the following.

0) Run Anti-virus and Anti-Malware tools. (ComboFix and Anti-MalwareBytes are pretty good)

1) Remove your GPU, re-insert it. Countless times random GPU crashes can be attributed to a card that is slightly misaligned or loose in the slot.

---------------

2) Update your system BIOS.

3) Get the latest drivers for all your hardware. motherboard, expansion cards, etc. (You would be surprised how often something like an old audio driver can mess things up)

----------------
4) Hardcore software tinkering:

SFC /SCANNOW from a command prompt running as administrator. This checks core Windows files for integrity.

5) Re-installing .NET framework and C++ Redistributables

Go to add/remove programs Or Programs and Features.

Remove C++ Redistributables all versions you have (often packaged with games)

Download and install the latest versions of all of them directly from Microsoft. ie latest version of C++ Redistributable 2016. You will want to match the x86 and amd64 versions (ia64 is for Itanium processors) or simply get both.
Reboot.

Turn Windows Features on or off. (this may require Windows installation media, so get that ahead of time)
Remove .NET Framework 3 and 4.
Reboot, and re-enable them. Reboot again.

At this point you can try the latest version of Direct 3d again, might help.

6) Risk of bricking the GPU, reflash.

At this point, if it still doesn't work, you might try flashing the vBIOS on the card to the latest. It could be corrupt, or just needs to be brought up to date due to something else in your system changing with an update.

7)

Last resort. Install Windows from scratch.

After that, you are probably looking at a dying GPU.

After I replied earlier, I went ahead and installed .NET Framework 4.8 from Microsoft website... I didn't know how to check what version I have, so I went and downloaded the latest with lil hope.

So far, everything work just fine. Both games are working without issue.

It's very late here. So I will leave this open and check by tomorrow if it's still working or got the issue back.
