DirectX error : Missing many dll files but can't install DirectX and So can't run many applications

This is my first time in this forum so please bear with me. My System had corrupted so I had to format my C drive which had a few games. Most of my games are in D and E drive. After the formatting was done, the guy who is in IT department installed many softwares and then afterwards I tried running many of my games and they all showed errors where dll files were missing. I did a bit of research and found out that most of them were DirectX errors. So I tried installing DirectX again but it gave me errors like internal error and S1023. What is the Problem with my system?? Also, in my dxdiag, its showing that I have DirectX version 11.

Thanks for the quick answer Seif but I'm not very confident about editing the registry. I also get error like "D3Dcompiler_43 is missing" and it says reinstall the application but when I do reinstall it, it still doesnt work. But what I don't understand is that before formatting, my games worked just fine but now many games don't work at all. Shouldn't it be the other way around? And in the link you sent, Its showing in dxdiag "Version Not Found"... In mine its showing that I have DirectX 11.

After formatting I did a fresh install of Windows 7 ultimate.

Yup... that's exactly what I did. Before formatting, I didn't have these issues. All of these issues came after the fresh install of windows.

Isn't there any other way?? It took a while for me to format and reinstall windows and all the necessary softwares.

since your system just formatted you need to do a few things. first of update your DirectX 9.0c. you can download it here:

to my knowledge windows vista and above have to install directx 9.0c manually due to heavy changes MS did to directx (some games also include directx 9.0c in their installer package). for your games you need to reinstall them. since the pc got clean windows install you cannot simply open the game even if the game was installed on other drivers. usually some of the files were integrated into windows system when the game being installed.

I tried doing that but It showed Directx Installation Internal error....I don't know what to do next.

So sorry for being this late but I tried formatting my entire hard disk and then reinstalled windows but still I'm having the same problems.

have tried reinstalling your games after reformat your games? what is your full system spec?

I did reinstall my games again...and my specs are
i5-2400 @3.1ghz
8gb ram
MSI AMD Radeon R9 270x Gaming Edition 2gb
intel DH61WW

I am actually very comfy with windows 7..... Isn't there any other way?? I don't even know what the problem is!!!
