Disable power supply LEDs?

Is it possible to disable the LEDs on my power supply?

Most fans have LEDs embedded (glued) in to the frame of the fans with two conductors running through the frame, just cut one of those wires and no more power to the led. Other than that type of surgery, don't know of an alternative.

You could also replace the fan inside the psu.

Just be very careful about cutting wires. Wrong one and its a dead psu. And please do remember to disconnect the psu from the AC wall plug first. Otherwise, it could result in a dead you.
